As far as I can tell, the drivers should be available on the webpage I previously mentioned (the same that is mentioned in the quick start guide), as other products have their drivers on similar pages.
The connection is not the problem; the control panel lists the device as 'currently connected,' but it is unresponsive, due to lack of drivIer software.
