Expand the printer option and right click on the driver.
Select update the drivers.

I managed to get the printer working again. I had to install the windows 7 drivers using the compatibility mode.
I downloaded the windows 7 exe file and then right click with your mouse there you see the compatibility mode option.
Drivers Samsung Ml 1665 Para Windows 8 Free
Universal driver for the printer did not work.

I am having the same problems trying to make my Samsung ML1210 work with Windows 10 but I cannot follow these instructions:
Press Windows+X and select Device manager.
Expand the printer option and right click on the driver.
Select update the drivers.
Under Device manager, I do not see printer option (only print queues) and I cannot see how to right click on driver and update drivers. I have already wasted money by buying Driver Assist, which did not help me with updating my Samsung ML1210. Yours Constant
